  • Worldwide Shipping: 5-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping speed.

  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions (e.g., Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100).


Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

  • You can follow your package status on the courier’s website until delivery.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@velyo.co.

  • For damaged products, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll assist with a replacement.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • VELYO is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
